We strive to offer the very best customer service with super fast shipping, most items are on the way to you within 72 hours.
All items are shipped by USPS priority mail, cost will be added to the purchase price.
Shipping costs and prices of the product are subject to change depending on the size of the item or items.
Gift wrapping is available, at an additional cost, if you are purchasing an item for a gift, just contact me with the recipients address and let me know if it is a special occasion such as a birthday or any other so that I can include the appropriate greeting card.
HandCraftatUSA REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
Please note that all my items are entirely handmade. A handmade item will never be as "perfect" as a machine made one. Little imperfections are expected and cannot be considered defects.
In general, since the items are made-to-order, I do not except returns or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with your order, please let me know! Your satisfaction is very important to me and I will try to work things out with you as much as I can.
Returns can be made within 7 days of the purchase.
I will refund the purchase price of the item only. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. All refunds will be made to the original buyer through PayPal after I have received the item.
Shipping the returned item back to me will be the Buyers responsibility.
The returned item has to be in original condition and packaging.
I will not be able to refund you, if a returned package is lost or damaged during shipment.
PAYMENT
The preferred payment method is PayPal and/or Money Order.
The items are made to order. So, depending on the number of pieces you ordered and my time schedule, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to fill the order.
